I received a request for a link ad today, so I went searching through my ESL blog to see if I had anything suitable. Most blog entries were PR 2 or 3 (which I expected), but I found two that were PR 6: Do blogs help? and Hurried Learning and one PR 5: Call Symposium
After checking backlinks and finding nothing special, I wonder what's going on here.

Your websites seems very easy to get a PR 6, and it's quite different for me.
Posted by: kl at November 25, 2004 10:52 AMI never said easy! (Well I did several months ago when this site quickly reached PR 6, but I lost it and never got it back). I wish I knew why those particular pages are ranked so high! I though it might be a temporary thing, but they still have the same PR...
Posted by: James Trotta at November 26, 2004 2:31 PMInternal pages got higher PR is not very unusual for last update, check this: http://www.vokaboly.de/englisch-lernen.php, its PR is 5 and homepage is 4. One guess is that many old pages which already have PR didn't get PR boost in the last update, this didn't explain the problem well though. I think it's a temporary thing.
I said easy is mainly for multi-sites, I can promote one or two, but after that, I feel exhausted or tired of it.
